Mike is an author who writes books about paranormal activites.He is writing a book about cursed rooms when he comes to acquaintances bout the "cursed" room 1408.The director of the hotel where is located that room try to persuade him from entering the room.He refuses and decides to enter but he doesn't know what will expect inside the room 1408!

COMMENT:
It's a good movie but isn't much frightening plus the use of a single scenic surroundings for almost an hour makes it limited and at times monotonous.
