Napoleon is a tard teenager always bullied by mates of his school and by his kin , dance is his only passion.He has a friend called Pedro, he's from mexico and is also retarded.Pedro decide to run for class president and Napoleon decide to help him. Portnoy has left Dream Theater wtf.
